I made for "Dish of the day" by Fortune foods.
Fortune Foods was running a month long "Ricefully Yours" campaign on the most famous social networking site - Facebook. This campaign required all the contestants to submit wonderful rice recipes made by them either on daily basis or festives.
The recipe were being judged by Chef Pranav Joshi.
I made a couple of entries and was lucky enough to get my recipe of "sigdi smoked rice" selected as the "dish of the day".
For the same, I was awarded with a gift hamper from fortune foods which included a certificate of deliciousness and few samples of basmati rice by them.
