Ingredients -
- Sandwich bread - 1 packet
- Butter - 50 gms
- Green chutney - 1 cup
- Tomato - 1 cup (chopped finely)
- Boiled potato - 1 cup (chopped finely)
- Cucumber - 1 cup (chopped finely)
- Capsicum - 1 cup (chopped finely)
- Cabbage - 1 cup (chopped finely)
- Cheese - 50 gms
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Chat masala - 1 tsp
- Sandwich masala - 1 tsp
For green chutney:
- Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
- Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
- Green chilli - 1-2
- salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
Procedure -
For green chutney:
- Put all ingredients in a mixer jar and grind it.
- Add water to adjust consistency. Keep aside.
For masala:
- Mix all vegetables in a bowl along with salt, pepper powder and chat masala.
For Assembling:
- Cut out the edges of each bread slice. Apply butter and green chutney on each slice and keep aside.
- Take a bread slice, put grated cheese over this slice and sprinkle sandwich masala.
- Now place another slice over this, then put the vegetable mixture and again place a slice on top.
- Gently place this sandwich in a grill until done.
- Serve along with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
