Chicken Roast Masala
Ingredients -
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Cardamom - 3
- Cloves - 8
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Dalchini - 2 sticks
- Onions - 3 (chopped)
- Green chillies - 5-6
- Coriander leaves - 3 tsp
- Mint leaves - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 tsp
- Tomato puree - 1 bowl
- Curd - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Dhaniya powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Red color - as needed
- Tandoori chicken masala - 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Water - 1 glass
Procedure -
- Heat oil in Kadhai, add all the whole spices, when they splutter, add onions, green chillies, curry leaves, mint leaves and coriander leaves.
- Fry till transparent. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, curd, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, salt and red color.
- Now add chicken and cook until it tenders. Then add tandoori masala and all sauces and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or zeera rice.
