Ingredients -
- Potatoes - 4
- Peas - 1 cup
- Tomatoes - 3
- Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala - 3 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 3 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 4 tsp
- Butter - 50 gms
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Water - 1 glass
Procedure -
- Boil potatoes and peas and mash them and keep aside.
- Also grind the tomatoes and keep.
- Heat oil and add onions, when pink add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and pav bhaji masala,
- Cook until the oil leaves, then add lemon juice, coriander leaves and water. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Now add the mashed vegetables and mix well.
- Add water to adjust consistency.
- Add butter and simmer.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves, onions and a piece of butter along with pav.
