Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai, add spring onion heads and capsicum and saute until soft.
Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, ajinomoto, zeera powder, garam masala powder, chicken stock and chicken reshas and cook until dry. Keep aside to cool.
Boil potatoes and mash them. Add a little salt and the above prepared masala. Also add coriander leaves and grated cheese. Mix well.
Now take the ice cream sticks and roll the mixture over them taking shape of an ice-cream candy.
