Chocolate Coconut Bites



Ingredients -

  • Milkmaid - 1/2 tin
  • Dessicated coconut - 200 gms
  • Chocolate slab - 1 cup
  • Butter paper



Procedure -

  • Mix together milkmaid and dessicated coconut and knead to a smooth mixture with hands. Shape into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile melt the chocolate slab in a microwave oven or over a double broiler. 
  • Now dip the coconut balls in the melted chocolate and coat properly. 
  • Keep on a butter paper and garnish with dessicated coconut.
  • Keep in refrigerator again until serving.
