Besan NaanKhatai



Ingredients -

  • Flour - 1 cup heaped
  • Suji/ rava - 1/2 cup
  • Gramflour/ besan - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - Little less than 1 cup
  • Castor sugar - 3/4 cup heaped
  • Cardamom (elaichi) powder - 1 tsp heaped
  • Pistachios or Almond flakes for garnishing

Procedure -

  • Sieve and Mix all the above ingredients that is flour, gram-flour, suji, sugar , oil, elaichi powder. 
  • Mix everything with beater or with hands and form a soft dough.
  • Make small balls of it garnish with pistachios or almonds.
  • Place it on cookie sheet and bake on 180 degrees for 12 to 15 mins. 
  • Take out from oven and let it cool down for 1 hour.
