Chocolate Muffins |
Ingredients -
- Eggs - 2
- Breakfast Sugar - 50 gm
- Coco Powder - 10 gm
- Refined Oil - 40 gm
- Maida - 50 gm
- Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
- Choco Chip - 40 gm
Procedure -
- Start preheating oven at 180 C.
- In the mean time prepare following mix.
- EggMix: Whisk Egg + Sugar in a for 20 mins, preferably from electric whisk.
- CocoMix: Hand whisk Oil + Coco Powder for 5 mins.
- MaidaMix: Mix Maida + Baking Powder.
- After Egg mix is done, add CocoMix to it. Hand whisk for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Vanilla essence.
- Add half of Choco Chips to the mix.
- Add MaidaMix to it. Mix by hand. DON'T OVERMIX. Do mix for not more than 1 min.
- Pour the mix in muffin moulds.
- Top up with remaining Choco Chips.
- Put it inside oven and let it bake for around 20 mins. Timings may vary depending on your OTG.
- Once done take it out and let it cool for at least 30 mins.
- Muffins are now ready to eat.
