Veg Hakka Noodles
Ingredients -
- Noodles - 200 gms
- Water - to boil noodles
- Cabbage - 1 cup (shredded)
- Carrot - ½ cup (grated)
- Capsicum - ½ cup (chopped finely)
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chili paste - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Soya sauce - 2 tsp
- Chili sauce - 2 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Spring onion greens - ½ cup
Procedure -
- Boil noodles in water adding salt and 1 tsp oil until 90% done.
- Heat oil, toss all veggies until soft.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, ajinomoto and mix well.
- Check the seasoning.
- Add boiled noodles and toss.
- Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
