Ingredients -
Readymade puris - 50
For masala:
- Boiled chanas - 2 cups
- Boiled potatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
- tomatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
- corriander leaves - 3 tsp
- salt - to taste
- pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- chat masala - 1 1/2 tsp
For pani:
- Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
- Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
- Tamarind pulp - 3 tsp
- Black salt - 1 tsp
- Green chillies paste - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Roasted zeera powder-1/4 tsp
- Chilled water- 1 litre
Procedure -
For masala:
- In a mixing bowl,add boiled chanas, potatoes, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, pepper powder and chat masala. Mix all of them well and keep in refrigerator.
For pani:
- Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies into a smooth paste.
- Add this paste to the chilled water.
- Now add tamarind pulp, zeera powder, salt and black salt.
- Mix well and keep in refrigerator.
- Serve the masala and pani with the readymade puris.
