Aata Bread

 

Ingredients -

  • Maida - 200 gm
  • Aata (wheat flour)    - 100 gm
  • Gluten - 4 Pinch
  • Improver - 4 Pinch
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh Yeast - 15 gm
  • Breakfast Sugar - 20 gm
  • Water - 170 gm
  • Oil - 20 gm

Procedure -

  • Sieve Maida, Aata, Gluten, Improver and Salt. Put mix in stand mixer
  • Mix Water, Sugar and Fresh Yeast.
  • Add this to dry ingredients in stand mixer and mix for 15-20 minutes.
  • Once done pour oil over the dough and take it out from the stand mixer.
  • Put the dough in bread mould and let it rise for 2-3 hours in a warm place
  • Pre heat oven to 180 C for at least 20 mins.
  • Put bread mould carefully inside oven and bake for around 30 minutes. Keep bread mould covered.
  • Once done switch off the oven and take the bread mould out from the oven.
  • Allow it to stay in mould for around 15 mins.
  • Take it out from the mould and then put on cooling rack for about 1 hour.
  • Once bread is at room temperature, It is ready to be cut into slices.
