Veg Hakka Noodles


Ingredients -

  • Noodles - 200 gms 
  • Water - to boil noodles
  • Cabbage - 1 cup (shredded)
  • Carrot - ½ cup (grated)
  • Capsicum - ½ cup (chopped finely)
  • Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste - ½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Chili sauce - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion greens - ½ cup

Procedure -

  • Boil noodles in water adding salt and 1 tsp oil until 90% done.
  • Heat oil, toss all veggies until soft.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, ajinomoto and mix well. 
  • Check the seasoning. 
  • Add boiled noodles and toss.
  • Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
