Cheese Choley
Ingredients -
- Chickpeas - 2 cups
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Capsicum - 1/2 (chopped)
- Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
- Green chili paste - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - few
- Roasted cumin powder - 3/4 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Chole Masala - 6 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Salt - as needed
- Cheese - 1 cube (grated)
Procedure -
- Soak chickpeas overnight and boil them in the morning. Keep aside.
- Heat oil, add onion and fry till translucent, then add capsicum and stir for a while
- Add ginger and chili paste, curds, few coriander leaves, cumin powder, chili powder, chole masala, lemon juice and salt and cook until oil separates.
- Now add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
- Finally add grated cheese and stir well.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves and cheese.
