Ingredients -
For Parathas:
- Wheat flour - 1/2 kg
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Milk - 2 cups
For Stuffing:
- Eggs - 4 (well beaten)
- Salt - to taste
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Onions - 2 (chopped finely)
- Coriander leaves - 4 tsp
- Mint leaves - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies - 2 (chopped finely)
- Oil - for frying
Procedure-
For Parathas :
- Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Keep aside for 15 mins.
For Stuffing:
- Mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
- Make a chapati from the dough and place it on a tawa heated with oil.
- Put the egg mixture on the chapati and place another chapati over it and press the sides thoroughly.
- Fry the paratha on both sides on low flame so that the egg mixture inside it gets cooked.
- Serve hot with raita.
