Ingredients -
For Dough:
- Wheat flour - 3 cups
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water 1 glass
For Stuffing:
- Cauliflower - 2 cups (finely grated)
- Fresh coconut - 3/4 cup (grated)
- Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Green chillies - 4-5 (chopped)
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 1 cube
Procedure -
For Puris:
- Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough adding water.
- Roll out into small puris and keep aside.
For Stuffing:
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Now take one puri and place a little mixture on this. Cover this puri with another puri and stick the edges thoroughly.
- Repeat with all the remaining puris.
- Deep fry each puri in oil.
- Serve hot with tamarind jaggery chutney.
