Ingredients -
- Pineapple tin - 1/2
- Suji - 2 cups
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Pineapple essence - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Khoya - 150 gms
- Dry fruits (chopped) - 1/2 cup
Procedure -
- Chop the pineapple into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat ghee, add suji and cook on slow flame until pink, then add milk, water, sugar, pineapple esssence, pineapple pieces and khoya.
- Cook until dry.
- Add choppped dry fruits.
- Garnish with pineapple pieces and dry fruits.
