Chocolate Coconut Bites
Ingredients -
- Milkmaid - 1/2 tin
- Dessicated coconut - 200 gms
- Chocolate slab - 1 cup
- Butter paper
Procedure -
- Mix together milkmaid and dessicated coconut and knead to a smooth mixture with hands. Shape into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile melt the chocolate slab in a microwave oven or over a double broiler.
- Now dip the coconut balls in the melted chocolate and coat properly.
- Keep on a butter paper and garnish with dessicated coconut.
- Keep in refrigerator again until serving.
