Green Lady Finger Sabzi
Ingredients -
- Lady finger - 200 gms (cut vertically)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies paste - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
- Zeera - 1/2 tsp
- Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Lemon - few drops
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 tsp
Procedure -
- Make a smooth paste of the coriander leaves, zeera, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt by adding a little water. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add the chopped lady fingers and keep stirring till all the stickiness of lady finger dries out.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, curd and the above prepared paste. Cook till the oil leaves and garnish with coriander leaves and lemon drops.
- Serve hot with parathas.
