Green Lady Finger Sabzi



Ingredients -


  • Lady finger - 200 gms (cut vertically)
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • Zeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon - few drops
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 2 tsp



Procedure - 


  • Make a smooth paste of the coriander leaves, zeera, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt by adding a little water. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and add the chopped lady fingers and keep stirring till all the stickiness of lady finger dries out. 
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, curd and the above prepared paste. Cook till the oil leaves and garnish with coriander leaves and lemon drops.
  • Serve hot with parathas.
