Marinate paneer with ginger garlic paste, all sauces, pepper powder, ajinomoto, salt, egg and cornflour.
Deep fry and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, capsicum, onion, green chilli and saute, then add soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto, pepper powder and cornflour paste (only for gravy).
Cook until thick, add fried paneer. Stir and remove.
