Sev Masala Curry



Ingredients -


  • Onion - 1 (big & chopped)
  • Tomatoes - 2 (chopped)
  • Sev - 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1 glass 
  • Oil - 3 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - to garnish



Procedure -


  • Heat oil in a kadhai, add onions and fry until pink, then add tomatoes and cook until they are soft. 
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and water. 
  • When it boils, add sev and cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with chapati.
