In a bowl, mix together chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, tomato ketchup, tomato puree,salt, 1 cup milk and color. Keep aside.
Heat butter, add ginger garlic paste and fry a little.
Now add the above mixture and fried onion paste. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining milk, little by little, stirring continuously.
Mix in the paneer pieces and give it a boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas.
