Sev Masala Curry
Ingredients -
- Onion - 1 (big & chopped)
- Tomatoes - 2 (chopped)
- Sev - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 glass
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Coriander leaves - to garnish
Procedure -
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add onions and fry until pink, then add tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and water.
- When it boils, add sev and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with chapati.
