Cheesy Chicken Seekhs

Ingredients -
- Chicken mince - 250 gms
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Green chili paste - 1 tsp
- Cheese - 1 cube (grated)
- Coriander leaves - 3 tsp (chopped)
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- Fried onions - 2 tsp
- Chat masala - 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Egg - 1/2
- Salt - as needed
- Bread crumbs - 2-3 tsp (if needed)
- Oil - to deep fry
- Satay sticks - few
Procedure -
- Add all the above ingredients to the chicken mince except the egg and bread crumbs and grind it to a smooth paste.
- Now add egg and also the bread crumbs if needed.
- Mix well with hands.
- Take a little mixture on put on a satay stick like a seekh.
- Continue until all the mixture is done.
- Now deep fry each seekh or grill it in a oven.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
