Black Chicken Sizzler



Ingredients -


  • Boiled noodles - 1 packet
  • Boiled rice - 1 cup
  • French fries - 1/4 kg
  • Mixed vegetables(carrot,beans,capsicum,spring onion) - 1/2 kg (sliced lengthwise)



For Schezwan Sauce:

  • Ginger and garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Chili sauce - 2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1/2 cup



For Black Sauce:

  • Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup



For Chicken:

  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Lemon - 1 
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  • Red color - as needed
  • Cornflour - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriender leaves - 2 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup



Procedure - 


Fry all the mixed vegetables in oil and keep aside.


For Schezwan Sauce:

  • Heat oil and add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste,all sauces, chili powder, salt, ajinomoto and cook adding a little water for 5 minutes. 
  • Mix in the boiled noodles and simmer for 5 minutes.



For Black Sauce:

  • Heat oil, add cumin seeds, curry leaves,garlic paste, Stir then add salt, soya sauce, ajinomoto, water and rice. 
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.



For Chicken:

  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, lime juice,1/4 tsp ajinomoto, red color and 1 tsp cornflour for about 1 hour. 
  • Then deep fry the chicken.
  • Heat oil, add curry  leaves, fried chicken, soya sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto, pepper powder, coriander leaves and cornflour dissolved in water. 
  • Cook until dry.



For Serving:

  • Heat the sizzler tray until red hot and spread cabbage leaves on it. 
  • Then put noodles, rice, vegetables, chicken and french fries. 
  • Finally sizzle with butter and serve immediately.
