Pav Bhaji Rice
Ingredients -
- Rice - 1 cup (cooked)
- Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
- Carrot - 1/2 (chopped into small cubes)
- Peas - 1/2 cup (coarsely mashed)
- Capsicum - 1/2 cup
- corriander leaves - 3 tsp
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
- Water - 1 cup
- Oil - 2 tsp
Procedure -
- Heat oil in a pan and to it add onion, ginger garlic paste and stir for 2 mins.
- Now add tomatoes, carrot,peas, capsicum, pav bhaji masala, chilli powder, salt and a little water. Then add the cooked rice to it and simmer for 3 minutes. Now add the coriander leaves and cook until dry.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
