Ingredients-
For Filling:
- Boneless chicken - 1/4 kg
- Onion-1 (finely chopped)
- Capsicum - 1(chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Green chillies - 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red colour - as needed
- Chicken tikka masala - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Cheese - 3 cubes
- Oil - for frying
For Potlis:
- Maida -250 gms
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
Procedure -
For Potlis:
- Mix together maida ,salt,and oil and knead into a smooth dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Roll out into small rotis and slightly cook on both sides.
- Keep in an air-tight box.
For Filling:
- Cut chicken into very small cubes and marinate chicken with all the above ingredients. Keep aside covered for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add onion and capsicum,when soft add the marinated chicken and cook until done.
- Finally add lots of cheese and mix well.
- Keep aside the minture to cool.
To Shape Into Potlis:
- Spread out the roti and put a little mixture in the center.
- Shape into potlis by pinching together all the sides towards the center.
- Deep fry each potli.
- Serve hot along with ketchup.
