Chicken Tikka


Ingredients -


  • Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red colour - as needed
  • Chicken tikka masala - 2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for frying
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Procedure-


  • Marinate the chicken with all above mentioned masalas and keep aside for 4-6 hours. 
  • Grill in a tandoor or over charcoal.
  • You can also deep fry the chicken in oil in case you dont have a tandoor.
  • Serve hot garnished with lemon wedges and also green chutney on side.
