Chicken Tikka
- Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2
tsp
- Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red colour - as needed
- Chicken tikka masala - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Procedure-
- Marinate the chicken with all
above mentioned masalas and keep aside for 4-6 hours.
- Grill in a tandoor or over charcoal.
- You can also deep fry the chicken in oil in case you dont have a tandoor.
- Serve hot garnished with lemon wedges and also green chutney on side.
