Ingredients -
- Almonds - 100 gms (powdered)
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Khowa - 100 gms
- Chopped nuts - for garnishing
Procedure -
- Heat ghee, add powdered almonds and stir continuously until they turn brown.
- Now add milk and sugar and cook until it thickens.
- Then add the khowa and cook well until ghee leaves on sides and the halwa is dry.
- Finally spread this in a serving dish
- Decorate with chopped nuts and silver warq.
