Ingredients -
- Milk - 1/2 litre
- Chickoo - 1/2 kg
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Khowa - 200 gms
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Dry fruits - 3 tsp
Procedure -
- Peel the chickoos, remove seeds and chop them into small pieces.
- Now blend together the chickoos and milk.
- Add sugar to this and allow to cook until thick.
- Then add khowa and ghee and cook until all the moisture is dried up.
- Add in dried fruits.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with nuts.
