Smoky Mince Balls



Ingredients -


  • Mutton mince - 200 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2  tsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes - 2 (chopped finely)
  • Onion - 1 (chopped finely)
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander seeds - 3 tsp (coarsely ground)
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 3 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tsp
  • Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - to deep fry
  • Coal - 1 piece



Procedure -


  • Marinate mince along with ginger garlic paste, green chilli  paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, tomatoes, coriander seeds, garam masala powder, cumin seeds, lemon juice and coriander leaves for 3-4 hours.
  • Now add beaten egg, onion and wheat flour and mix well
  • Heat a piece of charcoal until red hot and put into the above mixture, pour a little hot oil over it and cover tightly. Keep for 15 minutes and remove the charcoal. 
  • Now shape into balls and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
